JACKSON, Ohio — The Jackson Police Department has issued a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) alert for a male who fled from court earlier today, Wednesday, February 21. The individual, who was reportedly scheduled to be transported to rehab, was last seen wearing a camo sweatshirt and jeans.
Police are scouring the downtown area in search of suspect Jeffrey Howell Jr., 39, of Oak Hill.He is described as a black-haired male,6’1″ tall, and 160 pounds.
