Two vehicle crash causes injuries and traffic tie-ups in Chillicothe

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a two-vehicle crash at Route 207 and River Road in Chillicothe. The collision occurred around 10:45 am, prompting the response of medics and first responders.
