CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A Kentucky man has found himself behind bars in Ross County.
Fred M. Houser was arrested on Monday, charged with being a fugitive from justice. Houser had outstanding warrants in Kentucky for felony probation violations. Records show that Houser was on probation for stalking, violation of a protection order, and distributing sexually explicit images without consent.
Houser has been on probation; court records show since 2022.
He currently remains in custody at the Ross County Jail, pending extradition back to Kentucky.
