MCARTHUR, Ohio — The Vinton County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of three wanted fugitives over the weekend.
According to the sheriff’s office, Brian Fannin, age 40 of McArthur: was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear on original charges of Breaking/ Entering, and Trafficking in Drugs.
Also arrested was Robert Rutter, age 29 of Londonderry after his bond was revoked on Domestic Violence charges.
Gary Kane, age 54 of Hamden, was taken into custody on a child support-related warrant from Muskingum County. He is being held pending extradition.
All three men were transported to Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
