N&P Publishing is the proud owner of Scioto County Daily News (SCDN), the premier news source for Scioto County and neighboring regions. The acquisition of Scioto Valley Guardian marks an exciting expansion of N&P Publishing’s portfolio, further marking its position as a leading provider of local news in the region.
