ROSS COUNTY, Ohio – Two men face charges after being discovered on a property in Ross County with a stolen trailer and drug paraphernalia.
On April 7, a deputy was dispatched to locate a stolen box trailer reported missing from Chillicothe. The trailer, belonging to Weewash Power Washing, was found at an abandoned mobile home, along with a black Cadillac Escalade stuck in the mud.
Two suspects, identified as Drake Johnson and Nathen Wilson, were found sleeping inside the SUV. Deputies, according to their report, observed stolen items from the trailer in the vehicle.
Wilson, who had an active warrant from Pike County and was listed as a missing person, initially claimed limited knowledge of the situation and Johnson’s identity.
Drake Johnson faces charges of receiving stolen property, drug paraphernalia possession, and an outstanding warrant from the Chillicothe Police Department. Nathen Wilson is charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, receiving stolen property, and his outstanding warrant.
Evidence, including drug paraphernalia and a security camera video of the suspects, was gathered.
