WILMINGTON, Ohio — The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma, has placed a portion of the Scioto Valley under an “enhanced risk” for severe weather.
According to forecasters, a system will push through the Buckeye State between 4 PM and 11 PM. Experts say that all hazards are on the table this evening including heavy rain, damaging winds, large hail, and a few tornadoes. One of two tornadoes, the SPC said, could be strong tornadoes, EF3 or higher.
Residents should stay weather-aware throughout the day as severe weather could impact your evening rush hour.
