ROSS COUNTY, Ohio – Authorities are on the lookout for a light blue 2007 Mercury Marque, license plate HRZ3098. The driver, according to preliminary reports, was involved in an alleged domestic incident on Sulfer Lick Road in Ross County.
Authorities say the driver, 40-year-old Daniel Rhoden, is wanted in connection with charges of felonious assault and kidnapping.
It was reported that he has taken Ms. Veronica Simkins against her will. Ms. Simkins is a 33 year old, white female.
