CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Chillicothe Police Department is investigating a series of thefts and vandalism in the upscale Governor’s Place neighborhood. Officers were called to the scene after a maintenance worker reported a Stihl backpack leaf blower, valued at $750, stolen from his utility vehicle.

The property manager disclosed that there were no witnesses or video surveillance footage of the theft. Additionally, an attempt to force entry into the office building was reported, along with damage to a landscaping light and a fence board near a basketball court. Despite these reports, no suspects have been identified, and the investigation continues with no further leads.
