CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Chillicothe Park and Recreation Department has unveiled a lineup of exciting events for residents and visitors alike to enjoy in the coming weeks.
First on the agenda is the Southern Ohio Forest Rally scheduled for June 6th, 2024, from 4 PM to 10 PM. This rally, a significant event in the American Rally Association (ARA) Championship, has a rich history dating back to 1973. Previously part of the SCCA Pro Rally Championship, it joined the ARA Championship in 2021. The rally, an annual June tradition, promises an exhilarating stage through downtown Chillicothe’s Yoctangee Park. The 2024 edition spans from June 6th to 8th, with stages also in West Portsmouth and McArthur.
Following the rally, on June 8th, 2024, from 10 AM to 10 PM, car and bike enthusiasts can look forward to the Ironsides Rumble in the Park.
Lastly, mark your calendars for the Valley of Columbus Scottish Rite Bike Show on June 22nd, 2024, from 12 PM to 8 PM. Hosted by the Valley of Columbus, a part of the Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, this annual bike show offers enthusiasts the chance to display their bikes and vie for awards across various categories.
