WAVERLY, Ohio — The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) conducted three separate raids today in the city of Waverly.

According to authorities, agents during the early morning hours today raided three residences in the county.

Four individuals, including a former Waverly police officer, were apprehended in today’s operation as announced by a DEA spokesperson.

Mark A. Anglemyer Jr., who has also served with the Pike County Sheriff’s Office and as an auxiliary officer in Piketon and Oak Hill, was identified as one of the individuals taken into custody.

Also arrested:

Arin Sodaro, age 37, Waverly

Blake Mankin, age 23, Waverly

Heather Howell, age 36, Waverly
