Myself and Deputy Bliss were sent to 33 N. Paint St. Apt. 316 on a welfare check. Deputies made contact with Doug Mallow at this residence. Doug was advised that we were there to do a wellness check on him. Doug appeared to be not feeling very well and his face was flushed and swollen. I asked Doug what had been going on and he stated that he has lost his insurance and hasn’t had his diabetic meds in some time. Doug said that he also has a thyroid problem as well with no meds. A representative from the VA Hospital, Josh, was also present with us and obtained information from Doug, since he was in the Army Reserves, to see if he would be able to assist him in any way. Doug agreed to go to the hospital to be checked out, so I requested a squad to transport him for treatment.

Camera footage revealed a juvenile trespassing in areas of the middle school he was not permitted to be in, damaging teaching supplies, opening packages, and damaging electronic equipment.
