WAVERLY, Ohio – The Pike County Commissioners announced on Monday that they have agreed to purchase the former Rite Aid building.

This new space will be used to relocate several county offices currently situated in the Pike County Courthouse.

The officeholders who will be moving—Common Pleas Court Judge Rob Junk, Prosecutor Mike Davis, and Clerk of Courts Justin Brewster—will have a say in the building’s layout to ensure it meets their needs.

The move is intended to improve office functionality and provide better facilities for both staff and the public.
