CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — On July 18, 2024, deputies responded to Adena Regional Medical Center following reports of a man exposing himself to people.
Adena Security informed the responding deputies that they had received three calls about the alleged flasher. Deputies conducted a search of the Adena campus but were unable to locate the man. Shortly thereafter, according to the provided report, Adena security spotted the individual running barefoot across Route 159, through multiple business properties.
As the search for the barefoot flasher continued, deputies were alerted that a barefoot man had attempted to enter someone’s home on Marietta Road. Upon arrival at the address, residents reportedly told deputies that the man had fled into the woods.
Deputies noted in their report, “Sam and I went into the woods looking for the barefoot guy. Deputies were unable to locate the barefoot man in the woods, creek, or along the train tracks.”
