CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Law enforcement officials arrested two individuals while executing a search warrant at a residence on Vine Street yesterday evening, just before 6:30 PM.
According to the Chillicothe Police Department, Christopher Nichols, 41, and James Bick, 52, were taken into custody on felony warrants issued by the Adult Parole Authority.
