CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Just before 8 a.m. this morning, police were dispatched to the 300 block of W.M. Trotter Drive, near Western Avenue, in response to a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. Medics were called to the scene and provided medical assistance to the injured individual.
At this time, it remains unclear if the gunshot was accidental or if it was related to an assault.
