SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio  — The Scioto County Grand Jury convened on January 3, 2025, returning six public indictments, Prosecutor Shane A. Tieman announced. The defendants, all hailing from Portsmouth and West Portsmouth, face a series of serious charges, including attempted murder and felonious assault.

Trevon Watts, 26, Portsmouth, Ohio:

  • Attempted Murder (2 Counts)
  • Felonious Assault (2 Counts)
  • Improperly Discharging a Firearm at or into a Habitation or a School Zone
  • Attempted Discharge of Firearm on or Near Prohibited Premises
  • Tampering with Evidence
  • Having Weapons While Under Disability
  • Criminal Damaging or Endangering (3 Counts)

Chloe Williams, 23, West Portsmouth, Ohio:

  • Complicity (6 Counts)
  • Tampering with Evidence

Hayley Ann Will, 25, Portsmouth, Ohio:

  • Complicity (6 Counts)
  • Tampering with Evidence

Torrie Woodrow, 21, Portsmouth, Ohio:

Kaeden Borders, 18, Portsmouth, Ohio:

  • Attempted Murder (2 Counts)

  • Tampering with Evidence

Cody Milum, 19, Portsmouth, Ohio:

The indictments follow an extensive investigation into various criminal activities in the region. All six individuals are currently awaiting trial.
