Robert, whose full name has not been disclosed, purchased his winning tickets from three different locations in Circleville:

- The Kroger Co #844, 175 Lancaster Pike
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28%, Robert will take home approximately $11,520.
The Billion scratch-off is a $50 lottery game offering a top prize of $1 million annually for 20 years. As of January 8, three top prizes remain available for this game.
