WASHINGTON, D.C.,– On Monday, President Donald J. Trump signed several executive orders at an event he held before supporters at a D.C.-area arena. One of the orders was a sweeping order that repealed more than 75 orders signed by former President Joe Biden.
President Trump signed numerous other orders, however, the first one he signed was a sole-order erasing more than 75 executive orders from former President Biden. These executive orders were erased from the books in one-sole signature in a single order by President Trump. Here’s what those orders were:
- EO 13985: Repeal efforts aimed at advancing racial equity in federal government operations.
- Aimed at removing initiatives for equity assessments, advancing environmental justice, and ensuring equitable delivery of government benefits.
- EO 13986: Remove Biden’s adjustments to ensure an accurate census count, particularly for undocumented immigrants.

In addition to those orders being removed from the books, President Trump issued his own, new executive orders, which included mandating all federal workers back to the office instead of working remote; withdrawing from the Paris Climate Accord; implementing a hiring freeze across the entire federal government except within the military; and an order allegedly to address the “raise of cost of living.”
President Trump said he would return to The White House on Monday evening and sign additional orders, including hundreds of expected pardons.
