LUCASVILLE, Ohio – A major drug bust in Lucasville led to the arrest of two alleged traffickers and the seizure of meth, fentanyl, crack cocaine, firearms, and cash, according to the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office and Portsmouth Police Department.

Around 9:06 a.m. on February 13, task force officers, assisted by the Southern Ohio Organized and Major Crimes Task Force and Portsmouth Police SWAT, executed a narcotics-related search warrant at the residence of Carla A. Blair, 49, located at 851 A Duck Run Road.

During the search, officers confiscated:

                •             328.73 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine

                •             125.26 grams of suspected fentanyl

                •             11.19 grams of suspected crack cocaine

                •             Four loaded firearms

                •             Digital scales, sandwich baggies, and additional trafficking materials

                •             $2,980 in cash

The street value of the drugs seized is estimated at $29,440.

Authorities arrested Carla A. Blair, 49, of Lucasville, and Davion Cortez Black, 29, of Dayton, charging both with first-degree felony trafficking and possession of drugs, as well as third-degree felony charges for having weapons under disability.

Additionally, Jonathon Seth Spencer, 26, of Lucasville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant through Portsmouth Municipal Court.

Blair and Black were booked into the Scioto County Jail and scheduled for arraignment in Portsmouth Municipal Court today.
