PIKE COUNTY, Ohio – Residents looking to dispose of old appliances and electronics will have an opportunity to do so during the Pike County Solid Waste District’s County-Wide Appliance and Electronics Clean-up Event, scheduled from March 17 through March 28, 2025.
The event provides a convenient way for households to get rid of unwanted items, but those planning to participate must schedule a pickup in advance. Appointments can be made by calling 740-947-4104 or 740-648-6041 before the deadline.
Television disposal is available this year for a fee:
- Up to 32 inches – $6
- 34 and 36 inches – $8
- Over 36 inches – $12
Payment is required for TV pickups, and no televisions will be collected without payment.
Important Deadline: The district will not accept appointment requests after 3:00 PM on March 26, 2025.
