JACKSON COUNTY, Ohio – Firefighters from multiple counties responded to a fully involved dwelling fire Friday afternoon in Scioto Township, Jackson County.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the 1400 block of 5 Points Road at 2:18 p.m. for a structure fire with potential exposure to a propane tank. Due to the severity of the blaze, mutual aid was requested from Pike and Scioto counties.
Authorities have not yet released details on possible injuries or the extent of damage to the property. Firefighters remained on scene working to contain the flames.
