PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — A Scioto County grand jury has returned 20 public indictments from its most recent term, Prosecutor Shane A. Tieman announced today.

The indictments, handed down on Dec. 5, include charges ranging from drug trafficking and burglary to attempted murder and domestic violence.

Among those indicted:

  • Jeffrey Howard, 37, Portsmouth — failure to appear as required by recognizance.
  • Conway Kilcoyne, 48, Portsmouth — aggravated possession of drugs (two counts), possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments; also separately indicted for failure to appear.
  • Ted Johnson, 32, Portsmouth — vandalism.
  • Corey Holbrook, 38, Portsmouth — escape.
  • Christopher Maddix, 41, New Boston — burglary, grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, grand theft.
  • Kaleb Connally, 22, New Boston — illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility (two counts), aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs.
  • Ricky Alley, 55, Minford — attempted murder, felonious assault, domestic violence.
  • David Stiltner, 47, Portsmouth — burglary, theft.
  • Sarah Horsley, 38, Portsmouth — aggravated possession of drugs.
  • Michea Hurst, 22, Portsmouth — aggravated possession of drugs, obstructing justice, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Cayne Lampkin, 25, Portsmouth — aggravated possession of drugs (two counts), illegal use or possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Shayla Kerns, 22, Portsmouth — aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Richard Rife, 38, Pedro — aggravated possession of drugs.
  • Gary Walters, 27, Wheelersburg — aggravated possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments.
  • Keith Stevenson, 47, Portsmouth — receiving stolen property (two counts), obstructing official business.
  • Isaiah Reeves, 34, Portsmouth — nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.
  • Jeremy Kimball, 50, Portsmouth — theft (two counts).
  • Agustin Medero, 48, Coal Grove — domestic violence.
  • Eric Tywan Johnson, 28, Cincinnati — trafficking in cocaine (two counts), possession of cocaine (two counts), trafficking in a fentanyl‑related compound (two counts), possession of a fentanyl‑related compound.
