MARYSVILLE, Ohio — A Union County grand jury has indicted three people accused of operating a commercial sex enterprise at a Marysville massage parlor, according to an announcement Wednesday from Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.

The indictments allege that the defendants offered sexual services in exchange for money at Healing Garden Massage on East Fifth Street, also known as Massage Relaxation Station, and then laundered the proceeds. The case stems from an investigation by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force, which operates under the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission in the attorney general’s office.

Those indicted are Anthony Tignor, 58; Fang Hu, 53; and Shunying Li, 61, all of Marysville. Each faces six felony counts: one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, three counts of money laundering, one count of promoting prostitution and one count of practicing medicine without a license. Several charges include asset forfeiture specifications.

Tignor and Hu were arrested Jan. 27 and are being held at the Tri-County Regional Jail in Champaign County. Li remained at large as of Wednesday.

The Union County Prosecutor’s Office is handling the case.
