CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio – A former Columbus-area pastor will spend the next 15 years in prison after admitting to sexually abusing a teenage girl, according to the Pickaway County Prosecutor’s Office.

Dominic Foor, 40, entered guilty pleas earlier this year to three counts of sexual battery. The agreement significantly reduced the case from an original 23-count indictment.

Authorities say the first reported incident occurred Nov. 3, 2022, at a residence on Lockbourne Eastern Road in Ashville. Investigators said the victim was 15 at the time.

The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office stated the offenses took place while Foor was serving as pastor of Pathway Apostolic Church. He later resigned from that position in March 2025.

A judge imposed the maximum sentence allowed under law — five years on each of the three counts — and ordered the terms to be served consecutively, totaling 15 years in prison. In addition, Foor was fined $5,000 and ordered to pay court costs.

When he completes his prison term, he will be classified as a Tier III sex offender, requiring him to register under Ohio’s highest offender designation.
