A southbound vehicle failed to stop for stopped traffic and rear-ended a second vehicle. A passenger in the struck vehicle complained of head and neck pain but refused EMS transport. The driver of the at-fault vehicle was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead and advised of a court date on April 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
