PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio — The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office has announced the addition of a new member to its team.
In a statement, Sheriff Matthew O. Hafey welcomed Corrections Officer Cassandra Mitchell as the newest member of the agency.
Mitchell is new to law enforcement and will begin her role in corrections, officials said. She has expressed interest in continuing her career in the field, with hopes of attending the police academy and eventually becoming a deputy sheriff.
The sheriff’s office asked the community to join in welcoming Mitchell as she begins her service in Pickaway County.
