CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — The Pickaway County Family and Children First Council and Pickaway Health Network will host a free family event on April 4 at the Pickaway County Fairgrounds.
The Pickaway County Wild and Well Family Fun Day will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 415 Lancaster Pike in Circleville.
Activities include face painting, Disney princess characters, bounce houses, a scavenger hunt, food, games, and resource tables, according to event organizers.
The event will also feature “skill-building safari stations” focused on health and safety themes, according to promotional materials.
April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. The event is designed to connect families with community resources and support services, organizers said.
Partners in the event include Nationwide Children’s Hospital, the Ohio Department of Children and Youth, and Well Being, a health organization.
The event is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
