PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — Portsmouth police are asking the public for help locating a 17-year-old boy who has been missing since Sunday.
Scott Keesee was last seen around 11:40 a.m. on Oct. 11 in the 1100 block of 22nd Street in Portsmouth, according to the Portsmouth Police Department. Investigators are classifying him as a missing and runaway juvenile.
Keesee is described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black sweatpants, police said.
Police did not release further details about the circumstances surrounding Keesee’s disappearance.
