WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio — Law enforcement in Washington Court House are looking for a registered sex offender who has gone missing.
Deputies with the Fayette County Sheriff’s office said that they recently conducted an address verification for Carl R. Penwell, 33, at his registered address at 2414 Bogus Road.
“During the visit, deputies discovered that Penwell was no longer residing at the Bogus Road home as registered with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office,” said county Sheriff Vernon P. Stanforth. “Penwell’s whereabouts are currently unknown.”
