CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — In a statement released by ODOT, the US 23 ramp at Three Locks Road will be closed June 19 and 20 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily. According to ODOT, the closure is part of a county-wide bridge maintenance program.
During the closure, traffic will be detoured via Eastern Avenue to South Bridge Street.
