GREENFIELD, Ohio — The Daryle Unger and Peanut Kids Fishing Derby returned to the Mitchell Park pond in Greenfield and was another huge success after a two-year absence.
A total of 340 participants attended in three age groups with a record 155 in the 2-7-year-old category. Jimmy and Liz Jones, the event coordinators, said it would have not been possible without the hard work of all the dedicated volunteers who over the years have helped make this a wonderful and fun event for so many.
