ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Ross County Sheriff deputies were involved in a standoff Tuesday night.
It all started after a domestic situation with neighbors on Anderson Station Road at around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
According to reports, a man at North Creek Apartments was fighting and threatening people with a gun before he ran back into his apartment.

The apartment was surrounded by deputies, who made entry into the unit with rifles drawn and extracted a child. Neighboring apartments were evacuated as a precaution, deputies said.
Officials said they located the suspect in the attic of the home and a standoff ensued. Chillicothe Police SWAT was called in with a bearcat tactical armored vehicle.
Shortly before 1 a.m., the man surrendered to SWAT teams, who took him into custody without incident. His name has not been released.
