LORAINE, Ohio — Police in Loraine, Ohio, made a public service announcement after officers discovered fentanyl-laced pills made to look like Tylenol.

According to the police department, the pills seized were disguised to look like over-the-counter medication. After later analysis, the pills were determined to contain fentanyl, officials said.

Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opiate that can be fatal in extremely small amounts.

Additional pills containing cocaine were also confiscated. Those pills, police say, were created to look like Metoprolol, a blood-pressure medication.
