SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio— A Scioto County man is in jail today after authorities say he sexually assaulted a teen.
Eian Robinson, Otway, was charged with three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
According to Scioto County Sheriff David Thoroughman, his office received a call on March 21, 2021, from a local middle school regarding the possible sexual assault of a juvenile.
Reports say deputies responded to the middle school and launched an investigation.
The Sheriff’s Office says at the time of the report, Scioto County Children’s Services went to the victim’s home and removed two juveniles.
The case, Sheriff Thoroughman said, remains under investigation. Additional charges may be forthcoming.
