An inmate is believed to have overdosed at the Ross County jail.
Medics responded to the jail at 28 North Paint Street Saturday afternoon after it was reported the 18-year-old inmate had become unconscious.
While at the jail, medics administered a single dose of Narcan on the inmate. He is believed to have overdosed on Suboxone and Xanax.
It has not been released by the Sheriff if the man consumed the drugs inside the jail or if he took them before he arrived.
The inmate’s name has not been released.
