The manhunt started at 8 p.m. on Friday after Chillicothe Police were out with a man for an unknown reason near the Pilot truck stop on Main Street.
The man is wearing a flannel and was last seen running on route 35.
The man’s name or why he was stopped has not been released.
Troopers are assisting officers in the search.
