CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — One person was injured while riding a scooter on the east side of Chillicothe.
According to police, the 36-year-old man was hit by a car while riding a scooter in the alley behind the 100 block of East Second Street just before 4:30 in the afternoon on Monday.
Emergency services responded to the scene and transported the victim to Adena Regional Medical Center. The man told medics that he was suffering from neck and arm pain.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are still under investigation.
