Western High School in Pike County congratulated Mrs. Rhonda Shoulder who received CORAS Outstanding High School Teacher acknowledgment.
The district said in a social media statement, “Any WHS graduate from the past 15 years can attest to the fact that Mrs. Schuler puts her heart and soul into our students, especially our seniors”.
