Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has extended Ohio’s shutdown order until May 1.
It was set to expire on Monday night after being issued earlier this month.
The orders stay the same; only essential businesses may remain open. Outdoor activity is okay, but mandatory social distancing is required.
Businesses are now required to limit the number of people inside their buildings. The state is not dictating this number, but the business must determine it themselves and publicly post it.
It remains a crime for violations.
