Casa Del Taco-West
- Critical: Employees not informed of their responsibility to report health issues.
- Critical: No written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events.
- Non-Critical: Current food service license not displayed.
Frisch’s Big Boy
- Critical: Person in Charge (PIC) unable to demonstrate knowledge of safe food cooling temperatures and times.
- Critical: TCS foods (foods requiring time and temperature control for safety) not cold held at proper temperature.
- Critical: Food contact surfaces of metal ice machine not easily cleanable.
- Critical: Improper temperature of wash solution in mechanical warewasher.
- Repeat: Standing water on floor near ice machine and washer, indicating a potential leak.
- Other violations: Missing or inaccurate thermometers, improper food storage, broken floor tiles, ice accumulation in freezer, inadequate lighting.

- Repeat: No proof of employee with manager certification in food protection.
