Multiple vehicles were involved in a crash near Frankfort. Dispatchers said 9-1-1 callers reported “5-to-6 cars” involved in the crash on Scott Road near Owl Creek. A car has driven into a creek in Ross County. It happened just before 9 p.m. on Wednesday along Moss Hallow Road. It’s unknown how severe the crash is. Snow blanketed the Scioto Valley Wednesday evening with at least an inch in most areas, causing slide-offs and crashes throughout southern Ohio.
