Governor DeWine signs bill taxing hemp, making it officially legal

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has signed Senate Bill 57, which directs the Ohio Department of Agriculture to draft rules to regulate the licensing and processing of hemp, and which, consistent with the 2018 federal Farm Bill, removes hemp from the controlled substances list.
