Obituary
Frank Daniel, 83, of Logan and formerly of Columbus, OH passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021 at The Pickering House in Lancaster, OH. Frank was born on July 20, 1937 to the late Charles and Alka (Castle) Daniel in Tutor Key, KY. He was raised in Johnson County, KY , served in the U.S. Army, and was a drywall installer for Cook Brothers Construction in Columbus for many years. Frank was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Logan.
Frank is survived by his wife, Frances (McKenzie) of 61 years, son Frank (Julie) of Logan, daughter Kim (Paul) Callahan of Pickerington, four grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers Raymond Daniel of Atlanta, GA and Jesse Daniel of Wendell, NC.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 24th at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, Jan. 25, 2021 at Ebenezer Baptist Church 6935 Twp. Rd. 234 SW. Logan, Ohio with Pastor Steve Hubbard officiating. Interment will follow at Shaw Cemetery in Logan. Due to COVID-19, masks and social distancing are encouraged. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Fairhope Hospice 282 Sells Rd.
