A man was shot Tuesday morning in Chillicothe.
It happened just after 5 a.m. in the 600 block of Glencroft Avenue on the city’s southeast side.
Police on-the-scene were not releasing any information to the news media, other than to say that it was an “ongoing investigation.”
The victim was found inside the home when medics arrived. He was loaded onto a stretcher and taken to Adena Regional with non-life threatening injuries.
No names have been released and no details on what led up to the shooting were immediately released.
