Latashia “Tosh” Nicole Shellenbarger, 31, of Mount Vernon, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, May 17, 2021.
Tosh was born June 11, 1989, in Mount Vernon, Ohio to Byron Shellenbarger and Carolyn {Born} Cockrell.
Tosh attended Mount Vernon High School and also attended the Knox County Career Center.
She completed the ROTC program, worked in both daycare and the service industry. Tosh loved hiking, swimming, listening to music, making jokes, but especially spending time with her children.
Tosh will be deeply missed by her children Skyla, Arabella, and Landyn; mother Carolyn Cockrell; fiancé Kevin Stander; brother Tyler; sister Nikki; and many extended family members.
Tosh was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents
