WILMINGTON, Ohio — The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for the Scioto Valley until 12:00 p.m., Saturday.
According to NWS, showers and thunderstorms will over spread the area today. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches an hour is possible with some of these storms. Some areas may receive upwards of 2 to 4 inches of rain total.
