ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A mobile home fire on Black Run Road in Ross County is now being investigated for arson.
Multiple fire crews responded to a single-wide mobile home fire on Monday around 2 p.m. Ross County deputies spoke with the property owner who stated that they witnessed the owner’s brother running from the property. The owner of the mobile home went on to say that their brother jumped into a waiting car and left the area as flames devoured the structure.
State fire marshals suspect the cause of the fire to be arson-related. There were no injuries in the blaze, but the mobile home was a total loss, according to reports.
The fire remains under investigation.
