WILMINGTON, Ohio — The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the Scioto Valley until 10 p.m.
According to meteorologists with NWS, conditions have become increasingly favorable for severe weather development. NWS said high winds and large hail are the primary threats from these storms. They added that a tornado or two is also possible.
Residents should remain weather aware as we go through the afternoon and early evening hours, officials said.
