PIKE COUNTY, Ohio– Community Action of Pike County will be hosting a Student Loan Workshop at the OhioMeansJobs Career Center, August 18, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The career center is at 941 Market Street, Piketon.
Tracy Rice, an instructor at Shawnee State University, will lead the workshop. Topics discussed will include FAFSA, grant programs, different payment arrangements, and scholarships.
Pike County Community Action partnered with the University to host this workshop. The class is available for both new and current students.
According to Community Action, the workshop is free, but interested individuals will need to register in advance.
